Psychometric Tests
Psychometric Tests enable a recruiter or employer to check the candidate's suitability for a particular position. These tests can be undertaken on a computer, via the internet or using traditional pen and paper.
The psychometric test will give the employer a wealth of information about the candidate's personality, honesty, integrity, their interaction with other people and ultimately the candidate's suitability for the position.
Numeracy Tests
We check the candidate's basic Numeracy skills.
Language Tests
We check the candidate's basic language skills. This is obviously important to ensure that the candidate has a basic understanding of the language so that they understand such issues as health and safety matters.
