It is with great pleasure I write to both congratulate and thankyou for your recent help in finding a suitable candidate for our business.
In a small business it's so important to have the right staff with the correct motivation and having given you a really tough spec we weren't expecting the results we got. Being the first time we have recruited in this manner we tried 3 local firms, all of whom were given the same spec and contacted within the same day.
I am very pleased to report that not only did you provide 2 of the 3 candidates we considered but you provided us most importantly with the most suited to our company. This was done and an interview was in place within 24hours of our initial call and at all stages it felt like you had our interests at heart.
Our new employee is fantastic and I feel very confident that she will be a great asset to the company.
I was impressed then, but when we called the following week looking for a temp to perm driver that reminded me of myself in terms of enthusiasm and aspirations. To find myself looking at a younger version of me across a table the next day has really left me a bit dumbfounded.

To Richard at Recruitment 2000, just thought I’d email you with some feedback we received from one of our clients regarding Nicola Bradley whom REcruitment 2000 placed with us last January. This was an email we received yesterday from the client following Nicola’s most recent outing to a conference for HBOS, our largest client:

“The service that Recruitment 2000 provided us was simply superb from start to finish.
In the first instance, a visit was made to our office to ascertain the nature of the positions we were looking to fill, along with the make-up of our ideal candidate.
No sooner had this been completed, we were sent a selection of CVs that had obviously been well vetted, taking into account our previous discussions.
From these CVs, a shortlist of four candidates were created by ourselves; all of whom were interviewed at a mutually convenient time, again arranged by R2K.
We felt that the two successful candidates were ideally suited to the positions being offered and have so far settled in fantastically well into what can be a particularly stressful role.

I have always avoided agencies, but the experience with Recruitment 2000 was very positive. I attended the office for interview, it was quite informal, and friendly, they asked questions, listened & encouraged! I received constructive help with my CV, highlighting the skills, strengths and experience which I should stress to prospective employers. I submitted my revised CV and they immediately set to work finding me the perfect job. The communication was great they were in regular contact to discuss various positions. They had taken onboard all my requirements and thanks to Recruitment 2000 I am now working as Office Manager for an International Property Consultant with great career prospects.
