For temporary vacancies, we can deliver both short and long term temporary solutions for our clients. We aim to deliver a cost effective and flexible solution, which ensures that you will able to deal with clients seasonal growth, cover sickness and maternity leave. We do all the marketing and advertising for suitable candidates, this saves the clients many hours in wasting time reading and sorting unsuitable candidates. We pay for all the initial advertising including newspapers and job boards. We only charge when we fill the vacancy with a successful candidate.
We ALWAYS thoroughly listen to our clients to assess your company's exact individual needs. This allows us properly match the clients requirements with the skills of our extensive existing candidate datebase. We prefer to visit all our new clients so that we fully evaluate the client's requirements and also see the working environment.
We always interview all candidates before sending them to our clients, we check their ID, check references for temporary positions and use different testing methods to check that the candidates have got the right skills and expectations that are required for the vacancy. This means that we send fewer introductions but our candidates are better quality which saves the client a great deal of time and money.
We initially advertise all vacancies free of charge and only charge our clients when we successfully place a suitable candidates. Our fees are both flexible and competitive. Besides temporary and permanent placements we also do a scheme called "temp to perm". This allows the client up to thirteen week period, to check that the candidate is completely suitable before deciding on offering the candidate a permanent contract.

Our rebate system is very flexible and we guarantee that we will not charge if a permanent candidate leaves within four weeks. Added to this the rebate system now runs for 12 weeks rather then the normal 8 week contract, we can do this because we have so much confidence in placing the perfectly matched candidate.
